SCR型低頻橡膠減振器由金屬件及橡膠體粘貼而成，其彈性體采用軸對(duì)稱環(huán)狀剪切型結(jié)構(gòu)，本系列產(chǎn)品分6種尺寸結(jié)構(gòu)，14種承載規(guī)格，軸向承受額定載荷從15～3000kg，阻尼比大于0.07，對(duì)共振的抑制力強(qiáng)。該減震器外形美觀，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，與同類型相同規(guī)格隔振器相比結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸小，重量輕，安裝更換方便，工作安全可靠，能在－5℃～+60℃范圍內(nèi)保持正常工作。SCR減振器對(duì)600轉(zhuǎn)/分及往復(fù)機(jī)械振動(dòng)的隔離具有很好的隔振效果，適用水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、柴油機(jī)、冷凍機(jī)等機(jī)械設(shè)備的振動(dòng)隔離及儀器儀表防振、防沖擊。本產(chǎn)品也適用于航空、船舶及機(jī)車中各類設(shè)備的振動(dòng)隔離和防護(hù)。

Compared with the vibration isolators of the same type and specification, it has small structure size, light weight, convenient installation and replacement, safe and reliable operation, and can maintain normal operation within the range of - 5 ℃ ~ +60 ℃. SCR damper has a good vibration isolation effect on the isolation of 600 rpm and reciprocating mechanical vibration.
